BIOL 361 - Biochemistry of Gene Expression Provides students with an in-depth study of biological processes at the molecular level, focusing on topics such as the regulation of transcription, RNA processing, translation, DNA replication and recombination. Emphasis is on critical reading of the scientific literature and examining current experiments that lead us to our understanding of molecular processes.
Credits: 1.00 Corequisite: None Prerequisites: BIOL 201 or BIOL 202 or BIOL 203 or BIOL 204 or BIOL 205 or BIOL 206 . Biochemistry majors require only BIOL 182 and should contact the instructor before registration.
