BIOL 475 - Molecular Analysis of Development This research tutorial investigates the molecular mechanisms that regulate development in the nematode C. elegans. With the help of the instructor, students design and implement experiments that utilize genetic, molecular, and microscopic techniques to understand how small RNAs, called microRNAs, and the proteins that control their expression regulate development.
