ECON 481 - Seminar in Labor Economics Advanced study of selected issues in labor economics emphasizes recent developments in the field. Topics may include efficiency wage, fair wage, and gift exchange; compensation methods including pay for performance, profit sharing, team incentives, stock option, and employee ownership; gender and careers; peer effects; executive compensation and corporate governance; and other issues of current interest.
