THEA 371 - Contemporary Dance in Performance Focuses primarily on the development of choreography to be performed at the Spring Dance Concert. Includes rigorous movement practice, the study of choreographic devices and concepts, and work with a guest artist. Students progress as artists, both as dance-makers and performers. Aims to develop high-quality works with strong conceptual and formal structures, performed by corporeally intelligent dancers.
