MATH 448 - Nonlinear Dynamics & Chaos An introduction to the techniques and concepts used to analyze real-time dynamic models that involve nonlinear terms. Applications are highly emphasized and include interdisciplinary topics such as biological population dynamics, mechanical systems, oscillating chemical reactions, electrical circuits and synchronization. This course is team-taught by members of the physics and mathematics departments.
