History Minor

Minor Requirements

The minor in history consists of five courses, including:

• HIST 199 - History Workshop
• Two courses at the 100 and 200 levels, only one of which can be a 100-level course.
• One course at the 300 level
• One seminar at the 400 level

• Other than

  HIST 199
   , the four courses must fall into at least two of the following areas:
  • Africa (AF)
  • Asia (AS)
  • Europe (EU)
  • Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC)
  • Middle East (ME)
  • Transregional (TR)
  • United States (US)
