CHEM 382 - Molecular Spectroscopy This half-semester laboratory-based course explores the relationship between a molecule’s structure and its discrete energy levels. Students measure these energy levels through a variety of spectroscopies including infrared absorption, ultraviolet-visible absorption, fluorescence, Raman scattering, and NMR.
