ECON 487 - Seminar in Financial Economics Offers a closer look at selected topics in financial economics. The focus is on issues related to the efficiency of financial markets: do financial markets quickly and accurately price all assets, taking into account all available information? Topics covered include random walk theory, the risk/return trade-off, the equity premium, pricing anomalies, and behavioral finance.
