UNST 200E - Intercultural Engagement in Practice This immersive course runs concurrently with the student’s off-campus study program. Supports students in developing deeper intercultural understanding and engagement during their off-campus study experience. Through structured reflection, ethnographic observation, guided readings and a cumulative essay, students critically examine their host culture(s), their own cultural assumptions, and the dynamics of cross-cultural interaction. Students apply course concepts from UNST 200 to real-world experiences, enhancing their personal growth and global awareness throughout their time abroad.
